Article Development -- Join in.
Under "Request a service" you will find "Article Action" that you can select to make requests for knowledge articles to be developed for your support portal. Below are some example types of contributions you can make to support the knowledge portal:
- Any specific processes that are site unique
- Instructions on how to access and what to do with the client data
- Any section of a guidebook/handbook for the location
- Problem reflection -- someone messed up and there is a lesson learned, abstract the issue to protect the person and answer the process of what to do if it happens again and how to avoid it from happening again.
